CAMBODIA, PHNOM PENH, AUGUST 25, 2010-Cambodian foreign ministry announced that Cambodia has never demanded the assistance from Bangkok.
Thailand has rights to give assistance to any countries. And Cambodia does not demand assistance from Thailand, Koy Khuong, spokesman for foreign ministry said by phone.
Cambodian PM Hun Sen said previously that " Cambodia does not get assistance from Thailand. Cambodia does not die from that. Cambodia terminated the assistance project from Thailand after Thailand planned to impose the aid project as tool for dealing border issues. Cambodia built the natioal road 6 with own money in western part of Banteay Mean Chey province linked to Thailand's border.
